Spain - Tourism Ireland Roadshow 2025

Information

Spain is the 5th largest market for the island of Ireland in terms of visitors and has strong direct access from all major Spanish cities. We offer you an opportunity to meet key travel trade contacts from 3 important cities and drive bookings/contracts for 2025/2026. The roadshow is organized in partnership with VisitBritain and will focus on cities with direct access to the island of Ireland: Bilbao, Madrid, and Barcelona.

• Bilbao, Tuesday, 16^th of September 2025
• Madrid, Wednesday, 17^th of September 2025
• Barcelona, Thursday, 18^th of September 2025

The event will comprise of a half day workshop session followed by a networking reception. Industry partners will have a designated table and Spanish Travel Trade will move around on a free flow, walk-up basis (one to one meetings). In each city, we will aim to recruit at least 50 key decision makes/buyers from local tour operators and travel agencies that sell Europe or have a potential to sell Europe, agencies that work with adhoc groups, MICE and premium leisure agencies, agencies that design and sell their own programming.

Bilbao will include seated lunch.

The full cost of participation at all 3 events is €1,200 + VAT / £1,032 + VAT

Successful partners are responsible for any additional personal costs associated with attending the event, including costs of flights/travel, accommodation, and any meals outside of those offered as part of the event.  

No refunds for cancellations after 31 January 2025.

Recruitment will be carried out by Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Northern Ireland.
