Spain - Experience Ireland 2025 - Ireland Week Madrid

In 2025, Ireland Week will take place in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and France), a week-long celebration of the culture of Ireland, to coincide with St. Patrick's Day. As a key part of the programme of Ireland Week 2025 (10^th – 17^th March) we will hold an "Experience Ireland" showcase at Madrid city centre venues for consumers and B2B on Wednesday 12^th March (consumer day) and Thursday 13^th March (Travel Trade day). Industry partners will have the opportunity to deliver a live demonstration or presentation of their experience/product to the Spanish audience.

"Experience Ireland", in its 2nd year, is an experiential, hands-on showcase of the island of Ireland for top tier Spanish Travel Trade, and for the first time, we will bring Ireland to life also for consumers. Spanish attendees will enjoy food & drink tastings, workshops and demonstrations such as bread making or language lessons, Irish dancing and Irish crafts, virtual reality experiences, all demonstrated by you - the industry experts from the island of Ireland.

Prizes/gadgets or samples will be most welcome as a great support to engage with the audience. For additional promotion, we invite industry partners to create a dedicated offer code with special value for bookings made during Ireland Week (10-17 March).  

1 Market: Cost of participation at this event is €300 + VAT / £258 + VAT. 

A discount will be applicable for those participating in several dates across Spain, Italy and France.

3 Markets: €800 + VAT / £690 + VAT

2 Markets: €550 + VAT / £473 + VAT

Successful partners are responsible for any additional personal costs associated with attending the event, including costs of flights/travel, accommodation, and any meals outside of those offered as part of the event.  

No refunds for cancellations after 31 January 2025.

The event calendar for Spain Ireland Week 2025 includes the following pillars and it will take place across several locations in Madrid City: film, dance, theatre, music, history, sports, literature, gastronomy.

Spanish speakers would be an advantage but not essential - translators will be available.
