France - Ireland Week 2025

Information

During Ireland Week, Tourism Ireland France will offer several opportunities to showcase island of Ireland experiences. The objective is to create an Irish experience in France and meet tour operators, travel agents, journalists and consumers. French attendees will enjoy food and drink tastings from across the island of Ireland, workshops, demonstrations such as, bread making, Irish language lessons, Irish dancing, Irish crafts and virtual reality experiences, all demonstrated by you - the industry experts from the island of Ireland. 

Prizes or samples where suitable are welcome to engage audiences. For additional reach, we invite you to create a dedicated special value offer for bookings made during Ireland Week (6^th-17^th March 2025).

In addition to our "Experience Ireland" events, Tourism Ireland gives opportunities to DMCs and accommodation providers to join and meet with tour operators and travel agents during one-to-one meeting sessions.

Thursday 6th March - Paris:

- 16:00 - 19:00: Workshop session with tour operators open to DMCs and accommodation providers. This is a one-to-one meeting workshop with key tour operators. The workshop will be followed by a networking event.

- 19:00 - 23:00: "Experience Ireland" networking trade and media event with tour operators, travel agents and media to experience visitor attractions, distilleries, food experiences, Gaelic games experience, dance, music etc.

Friday 7th March - Paris:

Experience Ireland consumer afternoon in collaboration with a major tour operators in Paris. This event is open to visitor attractions and Island of Ireland experiences participating in the networking session on 6th March. The objective is to create an Island of Ireland experience for travel agency clients and encourage bookings and support sales to the island of Ireland in 2025 and beyond.

Tuesday 11th March - Lyon:

- 18:00 - 23:00: Experience Ireland workshop with tour operators and travel agents. This event is open to DMCs and accommodation providers for a one-to-one meetings session with travel agents and tour operators. Visitor attractions and experiences will showcase island of Ireland experiences throughout the evening.

Price details :

Ireland Week France :

• Paris 6th and 7th March
• Lyon 11th March

• Cost of participation in Paris (two dates) and Lyon (one date) is €300 + VAT / £260 + VAT
• Cost of participating at one of the French events is €150 + VAT/ £130 + VAT, choose one of the following
• Paris Thursday 6th or Friday 7th or Lyon Tuesday 11th March.

Ireland Week in Southern Europe:

• Ireland Week Milan: 9th and 10th March
• Ireland Week Madrid: 12th and 13th March
• Ireland Week France: Paris 6th and 7th March. Lyon 11th March

• Cost to participate at Ireland Week Milan, Ireland Week Madrid, and Ireland Week France is €800 + VAT/ £690 + VAT
• Cost of participating at two market events is €550 + VAT/ £475 + VAT, choose two of the following :
• Ireland Week Milan: 9th and 10th March
• Ireland Week Madrid: 12th and 13th March
• Ireland Week France: Paris 6th and 7th March. Lyon 11th March
• Cost of participating at one event in France and one market event in Spain or Italy is €450 + VAT / £387 + VAT, choose from two of the following:
• Ireland Week France: Paris 6th and 7th March OR Lyon 11th March
• Ireland Week Milan: 9th and 10th March
