BeNe - Tell us why Galway and The Aran Islands are such great places to visit

Belgium and The Netherlands Open for registration Free

Information

As part of the WAW 10-year Anniversary message, we have an exciting opportunity to showcase the many wonderful things to see and do in this part of the island. There are excellent flight connections between Amsterdam-Dublin and with the relative ease of transferring from Dublin to Galway, via either public transport options or by car, Tourism Ireland will be working to encourage more Dutch and Belgian consumers to consider trips and short breaks to both Galway city and the greater Galway region across 2024.

Dutch visitors love to be active while on holidays enjoying waking, hiking and cycling. Our Belgian visitors are keen to discover the unique and authentic tastes of regional specialties and particularly enjoy food experiences.

Is there something fun and unique about your holiday offering in Galway City or County Galway that you would like to tell us more about?

For our social media channels, we welcome information from activity providers, attractions and quirky accommodation providers located in Galway City and the greater Galway region including self-catering properties, B&Bs, campsites, castles, or country estate accommodation.

Please get in touch with your news, unique local experiences, exciting sustainability related information and your quirky stories.

Please note: All materials provided will be subject to editorial control. Material provided must be of high standard; a quirky story, an eye-catching value offer which appeals to the BeNe audience and accompanied by a strong image. This will guarantee a higher number of clicks.

There is no cost involved. Please send your story, images and/or offer to Nick Hanouwer (nhanouwer@tourismireland.com)
