Global Internship Programme FAQ's 

Who can apply? Students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (all disciplines will be considered). You must be returning to complete studies after the completion of the placement. Graduates will not be considered for this programme.

What is the duration of this placement? 12 Months - Full time. All Internship Placements commence from September 2025 until September 2026.

Can I apply for more than one placement? Yes, Apply to the role of your first choice. You can then express a preference for your other choices.

When is the deadline to apply for the Global Internship Programme 2025-2026? The deadline for applications is Monday, 6th January 2025.

Where are the Tourism Ireland offices located? We are offering Global Internship placements in Dublin, Coleraine, London, New York, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels, Milan & Madrid.

What is included in the Global In-person Internship Programme? Our Global Internship placements support both your personal and professional growth. You will gain on the job experience from our various markets. Valuable training sessions & coaching will be provided where you will learn a wide variety of skills.

Are internships paid? Yes, all internship Placements are paid. This is specific to each market.

How many Interns are you hiring? We are currently hiring 25 students for our various placements.

Will I require a visa ? Depending on your desired destination, a visa may be required.

When does the Global Internship Programme open and close for applications? The programme opens for applications Wednesday, 14th November 2024 and closes on Monday, 6th January 2025. Please keep an eye on our website for further updates.
